Course Objectives:
The contents of the subject course primarily include:
(1) The basic theory and practice of insurance
(2) The finance of insurance
(3) The contract of insurance
(4) The status quo of our insurance management
(5) The practice of property insurance, personal insurance and social insurance
(6) The premium calculation and ratemaking
(7) The claim adjustment of insurance

The purposes of the subject course are to provide the students with a complete general knowledge about the basic theory and practice of insurance, as well as to enable them to gain practical knowledge and specialty through a deep understanding towards the status quo and contents of our insurance management.
